Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

The item arrived damaged or defective.

The item is significantly different from the product description.

You received the wrong item.
Please note:
Because our products are made-to-order and handmade, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Return Window
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

Include proof of purchase or order number.

Once we review your request, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For other approved returns, you will be responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
