Our site has been certified as a secure website. You can feel safe in entering your credit card and personal information into our site. We never give or sell your personal or contact information to any other entities. We do not store your credit card information in our computers or paper files.

  • When you give us information while placing an order, or creating your account, your information will remain private.
  • We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.
  • We will not share, trade or sell your information with or to any third party.

Shipping Options

Most orders are shipped within 4-7 business days. If you have a special need for expedited shipping, please send us a separate email to notify us – in many cases we can accommodate your needs.

U.S. Shipping. We ship items in the United States by US Postal Service, primarily using Priority Mail delivery and UPS.  Once we turn a package over to a postal service, that service is responsible for delivery.  We purchase delivery confirmation to help track delivery.  We will not be responsible for a specific delivery time.
International shipping is available to many countries. First Class, Priority and Express International mail is available. Express costs more than other classes, but is the only form of mailing that provides insured shipping with tracking of packages. Simply add the items to your cart, start the check-out process, selecting International Checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel orders requesting shipment to people or areas known for or suspected of credit card fraud.
Note: Tieke.net can not accommodate in-person pick up or return of products. We receive and deliver products via shipping services only. We receive and deliver products via shipping services only.

Guarantee / Returns

We guarantee that your items will be as described. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their shipment for damage or defects as soon as package is received.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that contain website pricing errors. We will accept items with incorrect descriptions back for refund, including shipping costs.
If you notify us by email of defective or incorrect merchandise within 7 days of receipt, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you. We will not be held responsible for damage or defects on products after they are used or beyond the 7-day time period.
The following items are not returnable:
  • Sale or clearance items in the Tieke Outlet
  • Discontinued or described as retired styles
  • Absolutely NO returns without an RMA number.
  • Holiday-themed items
  • Damaged, soiled or apparel/fabric items with the scent of cigarette smoke, perfume, pet hair or spots.   Otherwise, we can not consider it as new.
  • Items without the original packaging and tags in tact and attached.
Please read the item descriptions and measurements carefully before you buy. We will accept “change-of-mind” or size issues returns for store credit only, with prior authorization. On store credit returns, shipping costs will not be refunded.
The store credit will be in the form of a Credit Certificate Number that will be emailed to you and can be used towards another purchase from our store. This is not an automated system, so please keep in mind that we are in the EasternTime Zone and will respond during our business hours.

We will accept returns for store credit only, with prior authorization. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to return – contact us within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise.

  • The item must be returned within 10 days of receipt of RMA with RMA # clearly written on the outside of the package. Packages without a return authorization may be refused or a 20% restocking fee may be imposed.
  • Orders that are refused and returned to us will be charged a 20% restocking fee, if package returned to us within 10 days of shipping.
  • Orders that are cancelled after they have shipped will be charged a 20% restocking fee, if the package returned within 10 days of shipping.
  • Orders that are returned to us because the customer entered their address incorrectly will be charged an additional shipping fee to re-ship the package.
  • We do not consider a color variation to be a product defect. Digital cameras and computer monitors register colors in a variety of shades and hues. If you are unsure about a color, email us for more information before you order.
  • The item must be in original, saleable condition. Please package carefully to prevent damage.
  • If the merchandise is not received in original condition, your credit may be reduced by 50% – 100%.
  • In the case of an inventory error, we will notify you of an out of stock status as soon as possible. If an item you’d like is shown as out of stock, it may mean it is on back order. If you would like us to notify you when it arrives – Email us!
In any case, please contact us in advance of your desire to return an item.
