How long will it take to receive my order?

  • United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada: Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after being placed. Once shipped, your order should arrive within approximately 3–7 business days.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other countries: Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery.

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by holidays, customs inspections, or unforeseen events such as natural disasters (e.g., floods, typhoons). We appreciate your patience during such delays.

Can I get a tracking number?
Absolutely! All orders include tracking once processed (typically within 5–7 days). If you haven’t received your tracking number, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll send it to you as soon as possible. Please note: your order number is not your tracking number.

How can I pay?
We currently accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, and major credit cards.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong address and your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us at [email protected] immediately. We’ll do our best to correct it.
However, if your order has already been shipped, we are not responsible for resending it to the new address. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
